Pop-up Toddler Yoga

Join Shannon, kids yoga + mindfulness teacher, sleep and routine consultant, and preschool teacher/guide, for an exciting offer of movement and songs that will engage your little one with social and emotional learning mixed into giggles and play with both you and their peers.

Created with the skills and abilities of this age group in mind, but flexible and properly paced for 1-4 year old’s to enjoy (either actively or by observing because both are valuable!). You can expect:

  • 30 minutes of guided silly movement, music, and stories

  • Toddler-friendly yoga mats provided (or bring your own + a towel/blanket)

  • Stay for play afterward! Bring snacks or toys, and enjoy bubbles & chalk with new friends

Older and younger ages welcome to participate as well! Pricing is per family so siblings can join in or sit nearby.

In case of poor weather, alternative indoor space will be provided close to or in Saco.

Make-up classes/substitution service/refund will be offered only if teacher canceled class.

September Pop-up Class will take place outside on the lawn at my home in Saco, off Ferry Road (address sent to participants) on a safe and small neighborhood.

These will be the dates for class, every Friday morning from 9-10am (but feel free to come early and stay a bit late to enjoy the community and create a playdate or go for a walk on the sidewalks).
