For local clients seeking a more hands-on process in sleep learning, a sleep environment analysis, group learning experience, or unique meet-up for your needs and participants. Details to be confirmed through email or phone.

If scheduling this as a standalone sleep support service, note that the session will be of most value if the consultant has background information ahead of time and is aware of the goals to address. Pricing reflects the deeper analysis of this information and consultant comes to the session ready to support.

If this is your first consultation with Calm + Sleepy, an intake call is required to begin. You will receive an emailed invoice for $60 and schedule link for this 45-minute call to begin our best work together.

For returning families, your consultant may have enough background knowledge of your situation to offer this visit on its own (such as a previous client or after a free call). If this applies to you, a virtual intake questionnaire will be sent after purchase.

Price is for 90 minute session together. Travel fee is waved if within 30 minutes from Saco ME (Use city hall as point to calculate). Additional time will be billed as needed. This purchase is non-refundable, but can be applied towards other services/ rescheduled.
