How It Works
Weekly sessions for $50 with certified pediatric sleep consultant
First call is 1 hour: Initial information exchange so I get to know your needs, your family, and current goals for working with me. Then I guide a mini-workshop on the age group and common topics to discuss. I send you off with some prompts or self-guided planning to best set up our next week call.
Next, each week we have a 30 minute call to answer your questions, go over observations you made, and support specific struggles. (see minimum commitment)
The weekly calls can go wherever you need them! Dropping a nap, upcoming travel, starting daycare, crib or bed transitions, new developments or disturbances to sleep patterns. Anything!
Who is this for?
Any age, any stage, and any style of sleep is welcome! As a support line, I don’t have to just teach you one topic or push you to sleep train. I get to be your contact for answers and understanding transitions that just aren’t taught in the typical pre-natal or post-natal appointments. Just as you may call or visit with a doula, lactation consultant, or body work professional, the goals and outcomes are up to you and can take some building up to get real success.
Common age groups I guide in this offer: Expecting baby + through the first few weeks, newborn 0-3 months, 3-6 month (that scary 4 month regression you hear so much about!), 6-12 month babies with multiple naps and changes, 12-24 month jumps in skills and one nap changes (especially when at daycare requiring no more crib), toddlers 2-4 with the big beds, big feelings, and bigger hearts, or kids 3+ that are going through it all!
Required 4-week commitment (1-hr initial call, then three weekly 30-min calls). After that, if you are ready to finish support, you can pause for up to 30 days and pick up support subscription when you need me again, for however long you need. A longer gap will just require restarting the plan with a re-introduction hour long call and commitment agreement (but as a returning family you get a discount!). This structure ensures I can offer advice to the best of my ability based on our continued conversations. One-time follow-up SOS call is also available if the weekly commitment is not necessary.
Details on policy of no refunds or make-ups. If an equivalent service can be offered, I will try my best to communicate options. If a weekly payment is made and you do not schedule a call in the following 7 days, that week’s call is forfeited. If we schedule and need to rearrange for unforeseen circumstances, we will try to choose another option to be complete within that week (7 days from payment).
