What To Expect With Baby Sleep
A 90-minute group class in Brunswick Maine, in-person on July 15th at 10am (plus remote learning option).
What's normal, what helps, and how to feel confident in the decisions you make for your family.
If you want to feel confident about your baby's sleep — wherever you're starting from — this class is for you.
What To Expect With Baby Sleep is an honest, friend-to-friend conversation about how infant sleep actually develops across the first year — what's normal at each stage, what you can gently support and shape, and how to make sleep decisions you feel good about. It's not a single sleep training method or a one-size-fits-all plan. It's a framework and a mindset that serves you through the whole first year, no matter how your baby's sleep shifts along the way.
Who it's for
Expecting parents, new or seasoned parents, and the caregivers who love your baby — including grandparents and partners. If you have a little one on the way or a baby somewhere in the 0-to-12-month window, you'll find something here.
What we'll explore together
How sleep changes across the first year, and what's actually behind those regressions and leaps
What the research says about sleep, attachment, and your baby's developing nervous system — including the reassuring truth that responsive, loving sleep approaches don't harm attachment
Why there's no single "right" method for sleep training, and how your baby's temperament and your family's needs shape what works
Simple tools for staying calm and regulated, so you can help your baby feel safe at sleep
A way to make sleep decisions with confidence, and be flexible when things change
Make it easy on yourself: the take-home bundle
Come to class, listen along, and just be present — no need to take notes or memorize tips to pass along to other caregivers. The optional take-home bundle includes an audio recording of the class, a PDF of class notes and digital handouts, and a 20-minute follow-up call with me to ask anything you didn't get to in the room. Can't make it the day of? The recording and resources come your way regardless.
