One 30-minute call. Bring your coffee and your questions.
Maybe sleep has been rough for a while, or you can feel a change coming (a new baby, a nap shift, a big transition) and want to get ahead of it. Or you're just not sure what kind of help you need yet. This call is a place to figure that out.
What happens on the call
We'll talk through what's going on with your child's sleep and what you're hoping changes. I'll share what I'm noticing, point you toward resources that fit your situation, and give you a feel for how I think about sleep. You'll leave with clearer next steps, whether that's working with me or taking what you learned and running with it.
How It WorksBook your time and check out, or the other way around. Calendar Link Here
You'll get a confirmation email with an optional self-assessment. It's the same kind of questions I'd ask about your child and your sleep goals, so you can organize your thoughts before we talk
We meet by phone call (not video, so show up in anyway you are comfortable)
Afterward, I'll send a follow-up with options for what's next, if you want them
Good To KnowThis is a conversation, not a sleep plan. A personalized plan comes through my support packages or the Self-Guided Sleep Plan (coming soon or ask me for a custom offer).
Results aren't guaranteed. Every child and family is different, and this call is guidance, not a promise of specific outcomes.
I use AI notetaking to keep accurate notes during our call so I can focus on you. Your information stays private and is used only to support your sleep work with me.
Want to keep going? If you book any of my services within 10 days of our call, your full $65 is credited toward it. There's no pressure either way. It's just there if it helps.
